CORPORATE EVENTS
The Company Party They’ll Actually Talk About
Your team doesn’t just attend the party — they ARE the party. Everyone picks a song and sings on stage with a full live band. No backing tracks. No awkward icebreakers. Just real musicians, real energy, and the team event that finally lives up to the hype.
Holiday parties, team-building nights, product launches, company milestones, offsite after-parties — if your team is in the room, we’ll make it the best night of the year.
What You Need to Know
If you’re the person organizing this, here’s the short version.
Your job
Book us and tell your team when to show up. That’s it. We bring the band, sound, lights, screens, lyrics, signup tech — the whole production. We set up before your guests arrive and tear down after. You don’t need to coordinate a playlist, rent equipment, or brief a DJ. We show up ready.
If there are speeches, awards, or a dinner, we work around your schedule. Tell us when we should start and we’ll handle the transition.
What your team experiences
They scan a QR code on their phone, browse 160+ songs, and sign up for whatever they want to sing. When their name comes up, they get on stage with a live band — lyrics scrolling, music video on the big screen, our vocalists backing them up if they want help.
The CEO doing Bon Jovi. The interns doing Spice Girls. The quiet person from accounting who gets a standing ovation for "Total Eclipse of the Heart." Those are the moments everyone talks about at the office for the next six months. The Entire Crowd Singalong at the end — the whole company on stage for one last song — is the Slack message that gets 47 reactions on Monday morning.
The Rock Star Corporate
One booking. No logistics headaches. Here’s what’s included.

Why Companies Love This
It’s Team-Building That Doesn’t Feel Like Team-Building
When the VP of engineering sings Bohemian Rhapsody and the intern backs them up, hierarchy disappears. No trust falls required.
Everyone Participates
Even people who don’t sing are cheering, filming, and laughing. Watching your coworkers perform is half the fun.
Internal Comms Gold
Dozens of genuine, joyful video clips better than any staged culture content. The Slack channel will be lit for a week.
Zero Planning Stress
We bring everything — band, sound, lights, screens, signup tech. The event planner’s only job is getting people there.
How Does This Compare?
You’ve got options for corporate entertainment. Here’s how live band karaoke stacks up.

Questions
What if people are too shy to sing?
After a couple of brave souls go first, the barrier drops fast. Group numbers let shy people hide in a crowd, and backup vocalists carry anyone who needs help. The person who said “I’m not singing” usually closes the show.
How does this work for a large group?
The QR code system handles any size — 20 or 200. Not everyone needs to sing; in a group of 100, you get 30–40 performers and the rest are cheering, filming, and having a blast. The Singalong finale gets the whole room on stage.
Can we do this at our office or event space?
Almost certainly. All we need is power and room for a small stage area. We’ve played restaurants, hotel ballrooms, rooftops, breweries, and parking lots.
How far in advance should we book?
4–8 weeks ahead. For holiday parties (Nov–Dec), book as early as possible — those dates fill fast.
Is this appropriate for a professional setting?
Yes. The format is inherently positive — everyone cheers for the performer, not judges them. The vibe is always inclusive, fun, and professional.
Can you work with our event planner?
Absolutely. We coordinate with planners, venue staff, and AV teams regularly. Just connect us and we handle setup, teardown, and transitions.
What does it cost?
$1,000 Pittsburgh area (as low as $50/person for 20), $1,500 Road Trip (PA/OH/WV/NY/MD), $2,500 Destination (anywhere in the U.S.). Full band, sound, lights, screens, tech, and all corporate extras included. No hidden fees.
